• Express Delivery of Dry-Clean Clothes would be done with in 24 Hours after the items have been collected. An additional 50% over the standard price will be charged.

• Ecowash does not guarantee stain removal and is not responsible for any clothing that bleeds, shrinks or otherwise changes as a result of normal washing.

• In the event of damages During Possessing of Laundry Firm has be option of Repairing the affected part. The claim for lost laundry is 20% of 10 times of bill amount ONLY.

• All Claims must be made within 48 hours after the items are returned and must be accompanied by the original laundry bill. After 48 hours no complaints will be entertained.

• Customers are requested to examine their garments before sending to the Laundry. Ecowash will not be responsible for any loss of valuable items left in the pockets.

• Ecowash reserves the right to refuse rendering services to anyone.
